12-Month Manufacturer Warranty
- If you believe there’s an issue with how your jewelry was crafted, you can return it within 12 months.
- Our expert team will carefully inspect it.
- If we find a manufacturing concern, we’ll repair it at no cost or provide a similar piece if needed.
- If the exact item isn’t available, we may offer a comparable alternative.
- If the issue isn’t related to the craftsmanship, we’ll inform you. We can still repair it, but there may be a fee.
- Please note, this warranty doesn’t cover stone replacement but does cover re-setting. Additionally, minor variations in craftsmanship and natural features like inclusions in colored gemstones are part of the jewelry’s unique character and not considered defects.
Insurance Protection
For diamond jewelry, it’s highly recommended to obtain insurance. This ensures protection against loss, theft, damage, or mysterious disappearance.
At present, we don’t have partnerships with any insurance companies for this service.
Lifetime Cleaning & Inspection
- We advise having your ring cleaned and inspected at least once a year, or if it undergoes any potential trauma.
- Inspections help prevent stone loss and extend the lifespan of your jewelry.
- This cleaning and inspection service comes with a N5,000 charge, excluding shipping costs.
- If the main part of your ring, which holds the center stone (if applicable), requires repair, it can be done at this time. Additional charges may apply.
Conditions & Exclusions
- This Manufacturer Warranty and the Services are exclusively for the person who purchased the product from BenkolGlobal.
- Any maintenance, repair, sizing, or other service performed by someone other than BenkolGlobal will void the Manufacturer Warranty.
- Fine jewelry is not impervious to normal wear, activities, or trauma, especially rings, due to regular hand movement.
- We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones, or theft. Damage or loss resulting from failure to obtain necessary repairs to maintain the integrity of the product is also not covered.
Common Issues Not Covered by Warranty
- Changes in color due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
- Prongs and precious metals may wear over time and may require restoration work as part of normal wear.
- Lost stones or stones that have fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other trauma to the ring.
- Wearing-off of plated titanium or tungsten jewelry.
For these types of issues, there may be a fee for repairs.
